Anna Kosinska is an experienced attorney at law admitted to the Latvian Bar Association. Anna’s main areas of expertise include contract law, transport law, IP, employment, public procurement and data protection. For 20 years Anna has advised and represented a great variety of private domestic and international companies on the most complex disputes throughout all court instances. Anna also has extensive experience in the field of corporate law providing comprehensive due diligence services.

Anna holds Master’s degree in law from University of Latvia, focusing on the international law aspects. Anna is the co-author of the handbook on public procurement created in collaboration with the publisher “Dienas bizness” in 2007, and Anna participated in quarterly updating this handbook during consequent years.
