Dmitri Nikolaenko is an attorney whose main areas of expertise include immigration law, tax law, employment law, and real estate. Dmitri heads the Immigration and Employment Department at NJORD.

For more than 17 years, he has assisted clients in obtaining residence permits on various grounds, such as investments (in real estate, banks, company share capital, and state securities), employment (including the EU Blue Card), family reunification, and more.

Dmitri provides services for acquiring Latvian citizenship, including through Latvian ancestry.

He advises clients on employment matters — from drafting employment contracts and handling their establishment and termination to representing clients in employment disputes.
He graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Latvia in 1995.
